Energy Projects Plus’s websites do not generally use cookies except in the Renewables Toolkit. Here a cookie is created on the users machine with the details of the users toolkit answers. A copy of the users answers are also stored securely on the toolkit website server, this information is used for internal monitoring and evaluation purposes and not passed on to a third party. When a user completes a contact form on the website or a Home Energy Check the completed form is sent to the Energy Projects Plus’s offices in the form of an email.

The data that users provide to Energy Projects Plus will not be used by the Charity for selling purposes. If you have reason to suspect that it has been used by third parties for selling activities, please contact the Charity at the address below so we can investigate the circumstances. If you wish to complain about the service you have received or any other matter concerning our data policy please write to the Data Protection Manager. Energy Projects Plus’s websites do not automatically capture or store personal information, other than logging the user's IP address and information such as the duration of the visit and the type of browser used. This is collected automatically by our web hosting company (1&1 Internet and CWCS) and is only used for system administration and to provide statistics which help us to evaluate traffic on the website.
